Baby Massage & Sensory
A gentle, joyful class where you and your baby can slow down and connect. Learn soothing massage techniques, simple sensory play, and ways to support your baby’s development — while building confidence and community in those early weeks. Book January Term


Splaincíní
Splaincíní is a gentle, joyful art and sensory experience for babies from 8 weeks to 12 months. Each session blends colour, texture, movement, and music in a baby-led, supportive environment where little hands explore freely and parents can breathe out for a moment. We splash, squish, dab, swirl, and play — with safe, mouth-friendly materials and plenty of space for curiosity and connection. Every class ends with a calming wind-down, so you both leave settled and smiling. Suitable for wrigglers and explorers alike. Breastfeeding welcome anytime. Relax–Stretch–Breathe (RSB)
Part yoga-inspired movement, part birth preparation, all about confidence. Suitable from early pregnancy right through to birth, RSB classes combine mindful movement, breathwork, and evidence-based antenatal education to help you feel strong, centred, and ready. Book January Term


Postnatal Yoga & Relaxation
For the fourth trimester and beyond — a space to restore, stretch, and simply be. Gentle movement to ease tension, guided relaxation to calm the mind, and time to connect with others walking the same path. Come as you are, baby welcome too. Join mailing list to be the first in the know!
