Aoife Lennon is a fully qualified IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) providing evidence-based breastfeeding and infant feeding support for families across Louth, Monaghan, Cavan and Meath. Consultations are available for parents in Dundalk, Drogheda, Ardee, Dunleer, Monaghan Town, Carrickmacross, Castleblayney, Cavan Town, Virginia, Bailieborough, Navan, Kells and surrounding areas, with virtual lactation consultations also available throughout Ireland.

IBCLC consultations offer skilled, compassionate support for a wide range of breastfeeding and newborn feeding challenges. Whether you are preparing to breastfeed during pregnancy, struggling with painful feeding in the early days, worried about low milk supply, navigating tongue tie feeding difficulties, experiencing mastitis or blocked ducts, or needing support with combination feeding, pumping or returning to work while breastfeeding, families are supported with practical guidance tailored to their individual goals.

Consultations include a full medical and birth hstory, a full feeding assessment, responsive feeding support, positioning and attachment guidance, infant weight and feeding concerns, breast refusal support, newborn behaviour education and evidence-based lactation care designed to protect both feeding and maternal wellbeing. Support is always centred around the parent and baby dyad, with realistic, non-judgemental care that helps families feel informed, reassured and confident.

Appointments are usually available within 24–48 hours, and many Irish health insurers provide partial reimbursement for IBCLC lactation consultations.
